Empowerment
I help clients regain control of their lives through personalised, strengths-based support.

Compassion
I provide empathetic and understanding care in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

Authenticity
I foster genuine, transparent relationships that encourage trust and openness throughout the healing process.

Growth
I encourage and promote personal transformation, resilience, and positive change.

A journey rooted in compassion and expertise
My interest in trauma and healing began long before I became a therapist. Growing up in the Czech Republic, I experienced my own childhood challenges, and later moving to Australia on my own taught me a lot about change, uncertainty, adaptation and finding my place in the world.
These experiences have shaped me personally, but so has the ongoing work I have done on myself.
I don’t believe therapists need to have everything figured out. I believe we need to be willing to look at ourselves, too. My own journey, together with my professional training and ongoing learning, has enriched the way I work with my clients—with compassion, curiosity and an understanding that everyone's path to healing is different.

How I can help
While I specialise in PTSD and complex trauma, I also work with a range of mental health concerns, including:
-
Addiction
-
Anxiety and depression
-
Life transitions, and
-
Veteran and First Responder mental health
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by past experiences, or seeking support through life's challenges, I provide a compassionate, tailored approach to help you navigate your healing journey.
My approach
I believe that true healing starts from within—and when individuals heal, entire communities can transform.
My approach is:
-
Collaborative – We work together to find what best supports your healing.
-
Empowering – You have the strength within you, and I help you harness it.
-
Evidence-Based – My practice is grounded in the latest research in trauma recovery.
If you're ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I'm here to support you.
